These pictures illustrate how simple designs can allow substantial storage units to integrate seamlessly into any room. These Alcove units with Floating shelves above were constructed with minimal detailing, the door built in a shaker style. The brief was to achieve as much storage and book space as possible, as well as accommodating a number of books and AV equipment. KDI (www.carpenter in bath.com) was responsible for the design and manufacture of the units.
